I know this works since I have two VPN connections and see random background probing in my SNORT logs. Currently the Comcast device has the pfSense WAN IP set as it's DMZ address so all non-stateful traffic is directed to the WAN interface of the pfSense firewall. I have double NAT where Comcast provides a cable modem that leads to my firewall and then to my network. I've spent a few days **** with it and then came and searched the forums for a few hours and didn't find anything that worked.ĭNSBL was disabled for the test and DNS was flushed through the entire DNS chain So far it's been great and I had planned to keep it like it is but for whatever reason I cannot get remote access to acknowledge my port forwards. I wanted to test Plex and this was the fastest way to do so. I'm running a Openflixr which is a bunch of media tools pre-installed on a Debian VM.
